" At Lapointe’s, I was hopeful of a delicious seafood experience. The decor felt inviting; however, the service left a bit to be desired as we were often left without checks on our drinks or dinner. I ordered the fried calamari, which was good, but not great. It lacked the crunch I anticipated. " I went to Lapointe's on a busy Saturday night, hoping for a fantastic seafood dinner. While the ambiance was charming, the wait time for food was a bit frustrating. I ordered a seafood pasta dish and while it was tasty and generously portioned, I felt it was lacking in depth of flavor that I was expecting. The dessert, a hazelnut brownie, however, was divine! " If you love seafood, Lapointe's is incredible! I visited on a whim and ordered their famous fish and chips. They were delightful! The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I also tried their calamari as a starter, which did not disappoint either! The ambience complemented our evening perfectly. " Had a lovely dinner at Lapointe's! The shrimp tacos were delicious and filled with flavor. The staff was friendly, and I felt welcomed all night.
